James McLean

James read Classics at Trinity College, Oxford and joined Underwood & Co in2000. He is the partner in charge of the Private Client department andadvises on estates, trusts, wills, powers of attorney and Court ofProtection work, with a particular emphasis on complex probate matters withan international element. James also assists charity trustees and companydirectors on a broad range of issues.

His outside interests include playing football and spending time with hiswife, young son and daughter.
